Sam worked in commercial and service management roles in manufacturing environments, including Mono Pumps, Renold PLC before joining James Heal as Commercial Manager in November 2020.
She was promoted to the role of PPT UK Commercial Manager in November 2020 and appointed as Group Head of Service and Calibration in January 2023, responsible for developing and managing the PPT Global Service and Calibration teams around the world.
In June 2023, Sam was promoted to role of Commercial Director for the James Heal brand.
