PPT Group are looking for a dynamic electro-mechanical sales engineer, with proven sales track record, based within our office in Bangkok, Thailand.
PPT Group develops, manufactures and delivers quality control testing solutions through multiple brands into the physical properties testing market. Our group consists of three leading brands in their respective fields, Alluris, James Heal and Mecmesin.
This role will primarily be focused on supporting business development for the James Heal range of solutions, working with customers in the textiles industries.
We are actively growing as a group, adding more brands to our range of solutions, providing real development opportunities for those involved.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- good experience of selling technical products, ideally with a multi-disciplinary electro-mechanical engineering background with a solid knowledge base of mechanical, electronics, and software systems
- familiar and efficient with CRM tools (eg Hubspot)
- excellent communication skills by phone, email, video-call and exceptional listening skills
- excellent presentation skills for onsite and online customer demonstrations
Product demonstration is key to our sales process. The ability of the individual to identify and adapt demonstrations to meet unexpected customer requirements is very important.
